  I needed to buy some items today from Lawn and garden. I had some questions I asked the cashier Alice ,who by the way was very kind and happy person for some information, when she was unable to give me the answers I needed, she kindly asked for assistance. Thats when Gerrad appeared, eager and happy to assist me. He knew what I needed..smiled while he assisted me and then gratefully helped me carry the merchandise to the car. I was extremely pleased with there help. I travel for a living and visit MANY Walmarts this was exceptional service! Two days ago I was at the Aurora Wal-Mart and asked for assistance in lawn and garden...and let me tell you this man was dept. Manager and was as useless as can be with an attitude...I left disappointed and purchased NOTHING. . it's people like Gerrad and Alice that you need to be grateful you have working for Wal-Mart! They need to be recognized...when I'm home in Freeport this is my go to place!!!
