  After living out of state for 3 years and renting out our Freeport home we decided to move back. This meant the house needed renovating...especially the flooring. We knew who to contact right away, Joleen at Boss One Carpet. We let her know ahead of time when we were moving back and she was ready for us when we stopped in. Joleen was aware of our budget restraints and was careful to make sure we stayed within them and yet still get the quality and workmanship we deserved. After selecting the carpet and padding she arranged for the installers and worked around our schedule to make sure it happened on time and in budget. Joleen was great throughout the process, she stayed on top of the installers and checked in with us often to make sure everything was being handled properly. This helped me a lot since I was busy with rest of the remodel. We are very glad we chose Boss One, the service and guidance provided can't be found at the large chains. Chris and Mary
